Resep Keladi Goreng

Keladi goreng merupakan makanan khas Pontianak. Keladi goreng yang garing dan enak ini, sangat cocok untuk disantap dikala berkumpul bersama sahabat maupun keluarga. Pelengkap cemilan disaat bersantai. Keladi goreng ini biasanya dijual dengan harga Rp. 14.ooo/bgks.
Bahan:
100 g keladi, kupas, serut kasar
3 sdm tepung terigu
1 sdt tepung kanji
1/2 sdt kaldu sapi bubuk
1/4 sdt merica bubuk
3 sdm air
minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara membuat:
1. Campur keladi, tepung terigu, tepung kanji, kaldu sapi bubuk, merica bubuk, dan air. Aduk rata.
2. Panaskan minyak, sendokkan adonan ke dalam minyak, goreng hingga berwarna kecoklatan dan matang.
3. Angkat, tiriskan, sajikan hangat dengan saus/sambal botol.

ingredients:

3 tablespoons flour
1 tsp cornflour
1 / 2 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons water
cooking oil to taste

How to make:
1. Mix the taro, wheat flour, wheat starch, beef bouillon powder, pepper powder, and water. Stir well.
2. Heat oil, spoon the batter into the oil, fry until lightly browned and cooked through.
3. Lift, drain and serve warm with sauce / condiment bottles.
